About This Course
This course deepens students’ ability to analyze complex texts and express ideas effectively. Students engage with literature, nonfiction, and media that challenge them to think critically and make connections. Writing tasks include analytical essays, research-based writing, and creative responses. Emphasis is placed on argumentation, textual evidence, and style. The course prepares students for college-level reading, writing, and communication expectations.

Choose a Lesson Package
Fourteen hours of one on one private instruction or one complete course. Weekday or weekend appointments with a live instructor onsite at our facility. Once lessons begin, students meet routinely each week on set days and times for one or more hours per week consecutively until the course hours have been completed. Appointments are subject to availability.
