About This Course
This course focuses on building strong scientific reasoning skills through inquiry-based learning. Students explore topics such as ecosystems, matter, energy, and earth systems. They will conduct experiments, analyze data, and communicate findings using scientific vocabulary. Critical thinking and collaboration are key components of the course. Students develop a deeper understanding of how science explains the world around them.
You'll learn to:
- Investigate scientific questions using experiments and models.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and relationships.
- Explain earth, life, and physical science concepts using accurate vocabulary.
- Collaborate with peers to solve problems.
- Communicate findings through writing, discussion, and presentations.
Choose a Lesson Package
Fourteen hours of one on one private instruction or one complete course. Weekday or weekend appointments with a live instructor onsite at our facility. Once lessons begin, students meet routinely each week on set days and times for one or more hours per week consecutively until the course hours have been completed. Appointments are subject to availability.
