About This Course
This course introduces young learners to the wonders of the natural world through observation, exploration, and hands-on activities. Students will explore basic life science, earth science, and physical science concepts in age-appropriate ways. Emphasis is placed on asking questions, making simple predictions, and sharing discoveries. Activities encourage curiosity, creativity, and collaboration with classmates. The course builds a strong foundation for future scientific thinking and problem-solving.
You'll learn to:
- Observe the world around you using your senses.
- Ask questions and share ideas about how things work.
- Explore plants, animals, and materials through hands-on activities.
- Make simple predictions and talk about results.
- Work cooperatively with classmates during investigations.
Choose a Lesson Package
Fourteen hours of one on one private instruction or one complete course. Weekday or weekend appointments with a live instructor onsite at our facility. Once lessons begin, students meet routinely each week on set days and times for one or more hours per week consecutively until the course hours have been completed. Appointments are subject to availability.
