About This Course
This course is designed to build essential math skills for young learners, covering core topics like addition, subtraction, basic multiplication, and an introduction to fractions. Students will engage in fun, interactive lessons that strengthen their understanding of place value, measurements, and problem-solving. Through games, activities, and guided practice, they will learn to recognize patterns and apply math concepts to everyday situations. This course also includes regular assessments to track progress and ensure a solid grasp of foundational skills. By the end, students will feel confident in their math abilities and be prepared for more advanced concepts in later grades.
You'll learn to:
- Add and subtract numbers up to 100 confidently and accurately.
- Understand and use place value for numbers up to 1,000.
- Begin basic multiplication and understand simple division concepts.
- Measure length, weight, and volume using standard units.
- Recognize and work with basic fractions, like halves, thirds, and quarters.
