About This Course
This course covers key topics such as nutrition, physical fitness, mental health, and stress management, providing students with practical knowledge and skills. Through interactive activities and discussions, students will learn how to make informed decisions about their health and well-being. The curriculum also emphasizes the impact of lifestyle choices on long-term health and the importance of developing healthy habits. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the tools to lead balanced and healthy lives.

Choose a Lesson Package
Fourteen hours of one on one private instruction or one complete course. Weekday or weekend appointments with a live instructor onsite at our facility. Once lessons begin, students meet routinely each week on set days and times for one or more hours per week consecutively until the course hours have been completed. Appointments are subject to availability.
