About This Course
The course covers key concepts such as team building, decision-making, conflict resolution, and effective communication. Students will engage in practical exercises and projects to apply leadership theories and strategies in real-world scenarios. The curriculum also explores various leadership styles and the impact of ethical leadership on organizational success. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to lead effectively in diverse settings.

Choose a Lesson Package
Fourteen hours of one on one private instruction or one complete course. Weekday or weekend appointments with a live instructor onsite at our facility. Once lessons begin, students meet routinely each week on set days and times for one or more hours per week consecutively until the course hours have been completed. Appointments are subject to availability.
