About This Course
This course covers fundamental concepts of calculus, including limits, derivatives, integrals, and their applications in engineering problems. Students will learn to model and solve real-world scenarios using calculus techniques, enhancing their analytical and problem-solving skills. Emphasis will be placed on understanding the practical implications of calculus in various engineering fields. By the end of the course, students will be prepared for further studies in engineering and higher-level mathematics.
You'll learn to:
- Understand the concept of limits and their role in defining continuity in functions.
- Learning techniques of differentiation and applying derivatives to solve engineering problems involving rates of change and optimization.
- Mastering integration methods and using integrals to calculate areas, volumes, and solve real-world engineering problems.

Choose a Lesson Package
Fourteen hours of one on one private instruction or one complete course. Weekday or weekend appointments with a live instructor onsite at our facility. Once lessons begin, students meet routinely each week on set days and times for one or more hours per week consecutively until the course hours have been completed. Appointments are subject to availability.
