About This Course
The course covers essential topics such as building materials, structural systems, and the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software. Students will learn to create detailed architectural drawings and models, developing both their technical skills and creative thinking. Through hands-on projects and collaborative work, students will explore real-world architectural challenges and solutions. By the end of the course, students will have a solid foundation in architectural technology, preparing them for further studies or careers in the field.
You'll learn to:
- Techniques for creating detailed architectural plans and blueprints by hand and using CAD software.
- Understand the properties, uses, and selection of various materials used in construction.
- Basics of structural engineering, including the design and analysis of building frameworks.

Choose a Lesson Package
Fourteen hours of one on one private instruction or one complete course. Weekday or weekend appointments with a live instructor onsite at our facility. Once lessons begin, students meet routinely each week on set days and times for one or more hours per week consecutively until the course hours have been completed. Appointments are subject to availability.
