About This Course
With the help of a tutor, students will focus on the four key areas of foreign language study: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The primary purpose of the course is to prepare students to be college-ready, well-rounded global citizens who can communicate effectively in Spanish. As part of the course, students will be provided opportunities to read, write, listen, and speak Spanish while they work towards becoming linguistically and culturally literate.
You'll learn to:
- Understand how to greet others and introduce yourself
- Develop ability to describe others using traits, pronouns, and adjectives
- Understand prepositions of location
- Identify areas of home using vocabulary and plural nouns
- Demonstrate understanding of articles and their appropriate uses
Choose a Lesson Package
Fourteen hours of one on one private instruction or one complete course. Weekday or weekend appointments with a live instructor onsite at our facility. Once lessons begin, students meet routinely each week on set days and times for one or more hours per week consecutively until the course hours have been completed. Appointments are subject to availability.
