About This Course
Social media is an effective, modern platform for marketing and advertising, as well as sharing creative content with a world-wide audience. This course provides an overview of the types of social media platforms, and strategies to use one of the most powerful tools of the modern age. Using the Adobe suite, professional and industry software, students will gain technical videography experience. They will learn how to capture an audience, increase followers and monetize on social media. In addition, a review of how to stay safe online is an essential component of the course.
You'll learn to:
- Learn how to create engaging content for social media platforms, such as YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok.
- Develop skills in video editing, including cutting, adding effects, and enhancing audiovisual elements.
- Understand the importance of storytelling and creating a compelling narrative for social media content.
- Explore different techniques to increase audience engagement and optimize content for social media algorithms.
- Gain knowledge about legal and ethical considerations when creating and sharing content on social media platforms
Choose a Lesson Package
Fourteen hours of one on one private instruction or one complete course. Weekday or weekend appointments with a live instructor onsite at our facility. Once lessons begin, students meet routinely each week on set days and times for one or more hours per week consecutively until the course hours have been completed. Appointments are subject to availability.
