About This Course
Digital Illustration is an exciting course specially designed for students who have a keen interest in art and technology. In this course, young artists will learn the foundations of digital illustration, discovering how to create stunning artwork using digital tools and software. Through fun and interactive lessons, they will explore various techniques such as sketching, coloring, and dynamic posing. Students will have the opportunity to experiment with popular digital art programs like Adobe Photoshop, gaining confidence and proficiency in using industry level toolsets. By the end of the course, young learners will have a solid understanding of digital illustration principles and will be able to showcase their creativity by producing their own vibrant and visually appealing digital artwork.
You'll learn to:
- Use digital art tools and software and navigate the digital workspace, use brushes, layers, and color palettes
- Sketch, color, and add details digitally, allowing you to create artwork with precision and experiment with different styles and effects
- Understand different themes and subjects, and begin to develop your unique artistic voice
- Communicate ideas and emotions visually, using the digital medium as a platform for creative expression
