All waivers need to be completed before your child arrives for the first day of camp. If you haven't done so already, please click here now to sign the online waiver. Our standard waiver covers all courses, camps, private lessons, and events and is good for one year! If you attended an event before and it was less than a year ago, your waiver is still good.
Due to the small and intimate nature of our camps, we prefer to personally keep track of your child's whereabouts. We take attendance in the morning and a staff member will know where your camper is at all times. For your convenience, there is no sign in/sign out sheet. No child will leave the premises without a staff member personally letting them go. If there is an adult that you do not want your child to be released to, please let us know and we will require photo ID to pick your child up and honor your request.
Email or text us to let us know if you want to drop your child off or pick up without parking (curbside assistance). Staff will receive your child starting 10 minutes prior to camp up until camp starts curbside.
If you'd like to tour our space and see where camp takes place, you can arrange an appointment. For our campers' safety, tours and walk-throughs will not be allowed while cap is in session.
Parents of children under 7 years old are welcome to arrive 15 minutes prior to camp in order to help with any first-time jitters. We'll happily receive all other children curbside or in the lobby. Campers only beyond the lobby. Please schedule a tour in advance if you would like to see the work space.
Don't forget to pack a snack (two if staying for two camps)! If your camper is staying for lunch from 12pm-1pm, don't forget to pack lunch as well.
We have water available in the building for children to get a drink at anytime. No need to worry about forgotten water bottles.
Occasional Friday Pizza Lunch (This is a special event and is not offered for all camps)
Sometimes as an add on for camp, on Fridays from 12pm-1pm, we will make available a fun pizza lunch with sno-cone making for the children. This is not done every week and parents shouldn't assume it is happening. If it is an option, students and parents will be clearly alerted to it. They will receive a flyer towards the end of the camp week announcing it and information on what to do to participate. Please plan for your child to bring lunch every day including Friday if staying during the camp lunch hour. Whether students are registered for camp lunch hour or not, they can still participate in Friday pizza lunch when it occurs.
